$25.00 discounted fee per entry, per event through 11:59 pm, Pacific Daylight Time, September 17, 2025.

Regular Entry fee: $30.00 per entry, per event.

All entry fees include $3.50 AKC recording fee.

Online: Online entries will be accepted from test opening until event is full, or until 11:59 pm Pacific Daylight Time, September 26, 2025. If test reaches capacity, online entries will be turned off for that test. Wait list entries must be made by paper mail. All credit card entries, including online and day of test entries, incur $1.00 per entry convenience fee.

Day of test entries will be accepted until each test is filled. Each Test Limited to 150 entries.

Exhibitors who pre-enter will receive a special gift, while supplies last. Early entries highly encouraged

Tests held outdoors, on grass. Course is fully-fenced, with a run-out area of 30 yards, or greater. Lure will be continuous loop. Electronic timers with manual backup. 2 Tests per day, run concurrently.

Roll Call starts at 7:30 am each day.

At discretion of the committee, runs may start 30 minutes prior to roll call for event committee members’ dogs, or due to heat /other factors for any entered dog.

Must be present to run by 3:00 pm Friday and Saturday and 2:00 pm Sunday.

We do not schedule run times.

Held in conjunction with the 2025 Gavilan Kennel Club Conformation Annual Dog Shows on the same dates. See separate premium for those events for lodging, camping, parking information, etc.
